The fall season reminds me of change. Kids are back to school, vacations are over, and it’s back to the daily grind. For many business owners, it means getting ready for the Holiday season and ordering stock and hiring temporary staff for the expected rush. It’s a very exciting time in the business world. We see that dash every second half of the year.
